이번 2010년 여름에 국가수리과학연구소(National Institute for Mathematical Science)가 주관하는 여름학교의 조직을 맡은 군산대학교 기계공학부의 김인찬 교수입니다. 이번 여름학교는 Stochastic/Multiscale methods and their applications 라는 주제로 미국에서 세 분, 한국에서 세 분의 해당분야 저명교수를 모시고 6월 17일(목)부터 6월 25일(금)까지 7 강의일 동안 서울 숭실대학교에서 개최됩니다. 특히 이번에는 해당분야 저변 연구인력을 확보할 목적도 겸하여 참가자에게 무료 숙식을 제공합니다. 관심있는 대학원 과정 학생들이 많이 참석할 수 있도록 교수님의 지도학생이나 주위의 학생들을 추천해 주시기 바랍니다. 참석을 희망하는 학생들은 첨부한 참가신청서를 email로 저에게 (ickim@kunsan.ac.kr) 보내주시면 되겠습니다. 교수님의 협조를 부탁드립니다. 감사합니다.

※ 기타
- 6월 17일(목) - 6월 18일(금) 기간은 Stochastic/multiscale method에 대한 이해가 부족한 학생들을 위한 introductory course로 진행함.
- 6월 17일(목) - 6월 18일(금) 기간은 기숙사 숙식이 제공되지 않음. 다만 중식은 제공됨.
- 기숙사 수용인원의 한계로 숙식 제공은 30명으로 한정함. 신청인원 초과시 지방대학 재학생을 우선 배정함.
